Forget pilot season, what television really needs is Yeezy season. Vice is expected to announce its new TV channel soon and is reportedly developing a show with Kanye West and Spike Jonze, according to Capital New York. West and Jonze have previously worked together on the videos for “Flashing Lights,” “Otis,” and “Only One,” as well as the short film We Were Once a Fairytale.
A spokesperson for Vice told the website, “There is no show, no concept, no definitive title or format.” But it’s clear something is on the way. “Spike and Kanye are long time collaborators and continue to work together on a variety of projects,” the spokesperson added.
