You can't do something fun and interesting everyday. They're daily vloggers what do you expect. Also there are interesting vloggers watch ctfxc,BfVsGf,Shaytards etc.

Agreed Drew. Tired of the same overdone tags, challenges and other recycled shit. These creators 'create' to fill the demand of quantity [Which = money] instead of quality like back in the day before people were getting rich off of YouTube.
what. im sorry but i really dont understand this. youtube isnt dying. there are so many people making great content you just have to find them. seriously calm down.
I think that, for the most part, you speak words of turth. However, I do find you interesting mostly because, I believe you speak from the heart.
I also have to applaud your back flip. Because, I wouldn't dare try something like that. If I did, I just know that the earth's gravitational pull would suddenly and for just a brief instant, increase exponentially while I was directly in the middle of doing it. I would break my head, neck and probably a few other body parts.

Most big youtubers now (that I'm subscribed to, so it could be just me) don't post as often anymore, and don't really inform us on what's going on but they can be on their social networking sites talking about the most random thing. However, they are already well known so small vloggers (we might not be as interesting but we do put in as much if not more effort in editing vlogs that serve as a memory) find it really hard to reach out to people. Weird thing is I still enjoy their videos when they do upload.
As far as vlogging for memories goes, I personally think that some people with a decent number of audiences who vlog tend to forgot that it's not just about you creating memories but also what people wanna see and mostly what they want to see is what yourself would watch years later.
Like you said about vlogging on bed the entire video (unless sick/ill but doing daily vlogs), I don't think I'll want to watch that even if it's my own video.
I don't think you really can be creative with a vlog (unless you have a good day ahead and/or it is really well edited). What you're saying though is right.
You could also say that people aren't putting in effort and more creativity into their videos because YouTube is 'commercially orientated' now and when they first started they thought they'd turn internet famous however when they gradually progress, they realise they won't become internet famous and that there are no real 'incentives' anymore to make a good quality video.
So to better the content – more interesting vlogs, incentives like competitions or awards to promote the less-known video makers who produce great content and a YouTube course not on promotion but on VIDEO MAKING!

Unsubscribe from people you don't enjoy anymore. Find more interesting people. Contrary to what they'll have you believe, youtube is still a vast, multi-faceted community. There's always always been the bloggers you speak of. My sub box still floods with excellent videos all the time, though the people producing the content I enjoy change, although it's bittersweet.
i have to agree. im not really a content creator (more like a viewer) but ive noticed the low quality of the content. i dont know if its because i watch so much more videos than a few years ago that there are bound to be some lower quality content too or have creators just got lazy or something or do i have higher standards. i feel like a big part of the content is "old" and seen before, its full of advertising and feels like the person no longer really enjoys creating. but there's still some good content and videos out there so i'm not that worried. if youtube is "dying" i hope that the boring content and people who dont truly enjoy creating content would disappear first.
