  1. Hello, I haven't tried it yet (and I will), but I wonder if the coconut oil could be doubly effective if combined with garlic oil? What do you think? I've been reading that garlic in small doses, when eaten by the dogs daily, can have a repellent effect after about a week. And they make garlic sprays for the yard to repel mosquitos, fleas, tick, and other bugs. So if it works both outside and internally, why can't garlic be sprayed on the dog? Would love to hear your answer. Thanks.

  2. My dog has had a serious bout of pancreatitis. If he licks the coconut oil off of himself, would that be potentially bad for him? I may be over protective of him now, but better safe than sorry.

  3. I use virgin raw unrefined coconut oil on everything. Kills fleas within moment's. There even was a neighborhood stray cat I couldn't catch that had a bad mouth infection. No matter what she outsmarted every trap and outran me easily. Luckily hungry enough to return daily. I added coconut oil to her food. Within days she was much improved! Maybe it was parasites, maybe because coconut oil is anti inflammatory, anti viral, anti fungal, anti bacterial etc. Once I left a very small open container I was using to pour over the food on the ground while I went to sign for a package. When I returned she was licking the coconut oil straight from the container! Guess she knew it was helping and didn't mind the taste. I took it away though as I was afraid too much would cause tummy trouble. Great video. It's truly remarkable stuff.

  4. If you go to the baking section and you get the coconut oil spray it is much easier to deal with LOL hugs hugs hugs and thank you for all your wonderful ideas and I have been using coconut oil on myself and my pup when we go walking through the trails and it helps tremendously! It also protects you against chiggers and I don't like chiggers

  5. Thank you Dr. Andrew, it works, I use it on my dogs whole last summer specially when we were at the seaside, but as you said we must put it on daily, and I use combination of coconut oil and castor oil as I saw in one of your videos before and lavender essential oil and lemon grass👌🏻🐾🐾🐾🐾
