Chemdawg is not (OG Kush x Sour Diesel), but Chemdog by Green House Seed Co. is apparently (from what I've read) (OG Kush x Sour Diesel). In reality, Chermdawg is at least one of the parents and/or grandparents of OG Kush and Sour Diesel, not the other way around.
