Big fan of this show and I respect the hustle, but the plug saturates the content too much. More separation would be nice, like Babish
Etouffee isn’t a New Orleans dish. It’s a Cajun dish.
But it’s nice to see someone making it properly (other than the tomatoes) by sautéing veggies first (though it should be done in much more butter and for at least an hour) and then sprinkling flour instead of making a traditional roux first, which is not how it’s done.
