  3. Dude I'm scared of chiropractors I broke my back in a wreck and when I had it cracked it paralyzed my legs for a few seconds so I fell like a limp doll to the floor my buddy thought he killed me

    I had a friend that had pain in his stomach the doctors couldn't figure out what it was and when they finally did it was cancer and it was too late.
    My grandma's boyfriend had lots of back pain and tried all kinds of stuff but when they eventually found out it was cancer also. He went on chemo, but he hated the chemotherapy so much he got off it and went back to drinking and passed away.
    My girlfriend's friend smoked and vaped but she started having bad heart burn, the doctor told her she had a hernia by her heart.
    I also heard that sometimes men can have a heart attack and just think it is back pain.
    I personally just threw out a bunch of weed after it made me feel like shit.
    It only gave me a 20 minute high followed by horrible heart burn and chest tightness.
    I don't know if it was the weed, the citrus degreaser I cleaned my bong with, or the raw brand hemp wick. Either way I am taking a break.
    Lot's people may tell you to keep going and going but always listen to your body.
    I apologize if this was long or scary.

  5. Yo start calisthenics just bodyweight exercises I'm only saying this well idk about your herniated disks but hanging from a bar or literally anything is a good way to decompress your spine. Stretching is a big part of calisthenics too and focuses on your joints more and alot of that will open up the more you do it.
