  1. I’m in love with the water Buffalo “engineer” at the end of the video. As a pastry chef, I’ve never heard of water buffalo gelato or soft serve. I want to try it so bad I’m seriously considering ordering a gallon…it’s gonna be so expensive!!! Thanks guys, I learned something today👏🏾👏🏾🤯👍🏾

  2. theres no sustainable dairy production unfortunately. I love ice cream and dairy products but unfortunately it is just not good for the world. you can package it in any way you want and call it sustainable, eco friendly whatever, it just isn't true. vegan ice cream has to be the future. our lives depend on this switch from dairy/meat to vegan. I wish it wasn't so but it just is

  3. that's not something i want to see – someone sneezing in the ice cream I'll be purchasing in the store. If you can't handle the stuff that makes you sneeze then find a new job that keeps you away from people

  4. The problem with "organic" is all the loopholes industries can still go through to get around regulations. There is no way to know who is actually organic and who is organic via legal loopholes in the system. Organic farming also requires much more land which is already a huge problem.

  5. You guys know that this was shot months ago right? Yeah, him sneezing like it's not a big thing is cringey but you guys are grilling him in time of a pandemic when it was recorded when there's no covid-19 yet.

  6. I don't understand. They are dealing with food… so why all these unhygienic practices? Like masks that doesn't cover the noses… And in the ice cream factory no proper protection gear was worn by the host so as to not contaminate the ice cream production process.. What's the point of only wearing googles when your mouth is spreading all that possible bacteria?? No gloves at the store when scooping up ice cream.. And obviously sneezing at the factory; omg absolutely gross!
