This tutorial fails to meet the implicit obligation suggested by it's title.
I get that this story is about South Africa specifically, but it's still funny how they talk about inequality, corruption, and human rights violations and don't make a single comparison to the police state that is the U.S.

There shouldn’t be such strict around gun laws, citizens should be able to defend themselves. We need harsher penalties for criminals, better reintegration of offenders back into society and more proactive policing. Besides that drugs should be legalized in order to get the trade out of the black market. Economic problems are a main factor if not the most important but also very difficult to address. In SA we should bring back the death penalty… this should be the penalty corrupt officials in all areas of government imo. Would this help ? I have no clue. Which other countries have successfully reduced crime and corruption which once were in a similar position to South Africa or Brazil?
