  1. the beef seems really flavourful and very fresh , good work , the patty …. ahhh , i don't know … it was falling apart everywhere literally , it also had TONS of extra unfilled space leaving just a massive meal of crust vs actually patty with meat in each bite . It did have a pretty good color and texture , it was probably tasty , just needs some work is all , i think he could probably use a different cheese that takes longer to melt vs american or sliced and put it in the oven sealed vs cutting open the patty and destroying it further.

  2. I am Moroccan & have tried Jamaican food & because of those wholesome experiences I would gladly marry into the Jamaican world /cuisine 😅 gorgeous men, food , music etc.. ❤ overall amazing culture 💚

  3. The crust is not holding… The crust is crumbly! not so good… and not a good presentation if you were trying to sell, impress.. what not…The best Jamaican patties i've ever tasted, was from an oritental family(maybe chinese) . they were called SONYA'S PATTIES!. They were delicious and consistent for years! Their dough…their crust…. was to die for!!! Years laters, i had been away, and the patties tasted dusty; the dough! the crust! was no good anymore! What greed does…they messed it up…😞

  4. they are good no doubt but i like empanadas better. why does the beef in jamaican pattys have to be mashed so much that it turns into a paste? that's not as good as the ground beef having bigger chunks and a little separation between the meat bits.

  5. Every Jamaican Patty I've tried has felt like beef mush in my mouth. Two bites and I'm done. Looks like dog food. Every time I purchase one I'm expecting an empanada and it is mush. Not a patty, but more like a cooked pate. Is this because I haven't had a good patty or it's just not my thing?
