I got since a few times a press from another company(i don't want to create a cyber war right now),i am quite happy from it but i was really disapointed by the manufacturing ,it's clear that my press has been made in china….yeah i didn't pay a lot to get it but i got what i paid for .So since i realised that i wanted a better product i have been searching a lot to find a good well made press and here i am ,a few hours before ordering an OG bundle,i just wait to be sure of the bundle i want ….I will have to pay a fucking enormous shipping cost(thanks europe) but i am ready to pay it cause i am sure that choosing nugsmasher is a good choice !

I wish you guys would show the inside a little more detailed so when ppl do get plates that aren’t aligned properly they can maybe open them up to see if that’ll help with their alignment. I’m sure it’s against warranty and I wouldn’t open it up anyway without knowing how to exactly do it. But it sure beats trying to figure out a way to send it to you guys. Wish I kept my box you guys sent it in because idk how to do that smfh

I really wish I would’ve waited and got the XP. I just can’t get the plates aligned properly like I had hoped for and tried to. I just don’t know how to send it back that’s the main problem. Either way the NugsmasherOG still works great but not fully IMO. But Nugsmasher has always made sure to try their hardest. Best customer support ever!
