  1. I lost my flatcoated retriever 12 days ago and am seeking help because I am grieving so very deeply. I did take a lot of pictures (as you did suggest in this video) and they are helpful. He was so joyful and loved his life. I did capture all the special moments. Thousands of photos and I recollect each and every moment captured. I love my dog more than life itself, he was life itself to me. I am struggling and fear I will die of a broken heart. Thank you for posting this video, it made me feel connected to you. Bless you.

  2. I know if this is an older video, but I just wanted you to know I'm so sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing the pictures of her. She was so pretty. I know it's never easy when you lose a pet no matter how many of them have been in one's life.

  3. So sorry about your Gussie .. I lost both my brother and sister cats both 15 .. 22 days apart in Dec 2020 … Johnny had renal failure and suffered a seizure on the day I was putting him down .. we had a special bond .. and I’m so hurt that because of COVID I could not hold him while he passed .. I fear he will never know how heartbroken I am without him .. his sister died in my arms …. they were my first cats and I’m in so much pain and grief .. I hope they are with Gussie 💛

  4. I’m so sorry…even though it’s been awhile…the last connection…a week ago today my teacup chihuahua Chula♥️ died in my arms all 3 pounds of her…2003-2021 I’m devastated…I do have her cedar box that fit in the palm of my hand now…but again I’m sorry…💔

  5. What a beautiful testament to the love of your sweet kitty. She was as lucky to have you as you were to have her. I lost my friend less than two days ago to intestinal lymphoma. She was almost 14, so not super old and we are devastated. I’d like to make a memorial video like this for her when I’m feeling strong enough. Thanks for sharing your lovely relationship with Gussie.

  6. I just had to put my 17 year old cat down today. Like Gussie, he also had renal failure. He lived a long life but progressively got worse over time. This video was soothing. Rip Jeremy you’ll be missed😪 TY

  7. the wonderful thing about the internet and YouTube is being able to make memorial videos; my first cat that a friend got me, shortly before my mom passed away in 1996, was I guessed to be a couple years old and I had her for 19 years; the only time I brought her to a vets was for ingrown claw that I missed clipping and had grown into her footpad and when she was 15 and was showing signs of kidney failure, after her diagnosis she lived 5 more wonderful years; this is my memorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z7AH5QLeEA8&t=64s

  8. wow, I am crying, just found this channel.
    feels like home.
Cats are our future selves if we can make the grade in becoming angels.
they call forth the angelic in us if we do right by them, and they love us unconditionally,.
so glad Gussie was part of your life, as she is most likely still with you in different way s
if you allow her to be

  12. So very sorry for your loss of Gussie. The memorial you did was nice in her Honor. She looked liked a very loving cat, with personality. Perhaps she was your guardian angle on this earth? To help ease the loss of your parents. The time she spent with you moved your soul, I can see it in your videos. She will still be in your heart & soul. Looking back, she will make you smile once again Prayers & peace to your soul. She now is with your parents & they are reunited.
We too have lost 2 dogs & one parrot over the past 2 years. They each tear out a part of our hearts. Leaving forever imprints. We too have that grief. And share in yours. God Bless you.
