  2. Chicken NEVER GOES RAW in buuter chicken … ITS GOES AFTER MARINATING ITS WITH THE TIKKA MARINATE …. You literally FUCKED the dish….And THAT AMOUNT OF TURMERIC?…YOU CRAZY… ITS SUPPOSED TO BE ORANGE YOU MADE IT FREAKING YELLOW MAN 😫

  3. Butter chicken originated in Delhi, the capital territory of India, sometime during the 1950s. During this time, a man named Kundan Lal Gurjal operated a restaurant in the city, called Moti Mahal. Kundan had settled here and started his business after fleeing from political upheaval in another region of India.🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳

  4. Not a fan of butter chicken because it's too rich. But a) butter chicken is not supposed to be hot. It's supposed to be a little sweet. It should not make you sweat! (b) you added milk, not cream, (c) it should be a deeper orange – red from all the tomato, not yellow. Too much haldi (c) chicken breast is much tougher than thigh. Wrong choice for a good dish (d) the gravy was too runny. Butter chicken/chicken makhani needs to be really thick. It shouldn't pour of the spoon, it should just go splat as one big blog! It probably is tasty, but not correct Butter chicken.
And don't use olive oil, dude. In Indian food? This dish is as much roadside eatery as it is 5-start restaurant food here in India.

  5. You should use chicken thighs and marinate the chicken, also do not add tumeric, nor olive oil, you didn't use cashew paste, neither salt.. used milk instead of heavy cream or yogurt. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

  6. Ironically 1st question asked was “what is butter chicken?” And then proceeds to make a different dish. Because there were too many OBVIOUS incorrect steps to say he made butter chicken the wrong way, no, he made a completely different dish.
