  1. I've always been depressed. Now I just smoke weed and am still depressed. Not suicidal completely but sometimes I hate existence and really don't want to be around and its for the same reasons most people already have. The world is shitty, people are greedy, violent,, racist, untrustworthy yadayada, but still,, this video is a good little Ted Talk and I definitely agree with the true statements that were said; its good to self reflect and thats what these vids do.

  2. My best friends mom was a 52 year old loving mother of four. From the outside, she was living a good life, she was married and had a stable job with a stable income, but you NEVER know what someone is going through. Two weeks ago, she took her own life leaving her family broken. If you’re reading this, ALWAYS REACH OUT! Even if it doesn’t seem like it at the time, there are people who love and care about you. There are people who would care if something happened to you. Your life has value. REACH OUT! Thank you for raising awareness on this important issue Josh, keep up the good work.

  3. I'm sure I burned alot my dopamines and serotonin in my ecstasy rolling days now Im just a mental mess sometimes. Yes I admit that ecstasy fucked me up ! Who else can admit.

  4. we differ on opinion my friend. You stated that if someone close to "us" got sick with the flu that we wouldn't say ** you and that we would help them. As a person suffering from anti social personality disorder, i can tell you with 100% certainty, idc who it is, if you have the flu ….well…..** you… lol don't blame me blame the illness…..right?….yeah….totally makes since and makes it easy for me not to take responsibility, thanks lolssss

  5. I’m going though mental illness rn I’m currently discharged from a place called park royal I currently take meds and they work wonders and as he states if meds weren’t around I don’t know how people would cope with this metal illness and I was there once I didn’t want to live @straincentral

  6. Josh I'm glad you took the time to help yourself because everything you've said holds truth and speaks to me so thank you for what you're doing and peace to all the listener's.

  7. I remember watching you when I was 15-16 I was smoking weed at the time and I was barley starting to smoke as well I remember watching your vids and at the time I was happy and it’s crazy now how I have problems with mental illnesses and to see you post a video about and you relating to it. Keep up the great work on the vids bro 😎

  8. It doesn't always get better. My dear friend had schizoaffective disorder and it didn't get better. she ended up killing herself. I'm not trying to be a downer what I'm trying to say is that to say it always gets better I think is a little pie in the sky. Some mental illnesses are very difficult to deal with and at times it just doesn't get better no matter what you do no matter what kind of therapy you're in no matter if you try 10 different types of therapy no matter what kind of medication you're on Etc. Sometimes you're just screwed by having serious mental illness or illnesses.

  9. I'm not trying to oversimplify mental illness or disregard it but a lot of pointers point towards mental illnesses being solidified traumas. I think medications are a short term fix to save lifes but the longterm solution seems to be facing the trauma via therapy or even a profound trip with psychedelics or best a combination of both. Hypnosis has been proven helpful as well. I think there are several different routes to facing and solving the trauma and I think the common explanation of "it's just a chemical imbalance we can't do anything except take pills" that a lot of doctors have now will be outdated in a couple of year because the leading scientist are pointing in the directions I mentioned above.

  10. Vey informative, very helpful. I think ur connecting topics that need to be thought about the way u think about them. Ive been struggling with mental illness since i was a little child, and am still struggling with 20, and will probably still struggle in 10 years. But 1 thing i always KNEW FOR SURE was that almost everybody on this planet has some kind of mental disability, and that most of them never will know that they might be that way. Because in THEIR life things went "good" and the person found a "niche" in which he/she never has to leave the comfort zone and would never be aware of the mental illness. I really appreciate u using ur channel to spread this kind of info.
    Big Love <3

Been following u cuz of weed, and now am really happy i was still following u years later. Id like to know at what age u started smoking weed, and if u think smoking weed makes it impossible to recover from mental illness.

    Even bigger love <33

  11. This needs more attention . You literally take the words out of my mouth for everything Ive thought about with mental illnesses . 12. This vid really took me into my mental health every day I wake up with negative thots and only wanna smoke weed I’ve been sober for almost a week now and I struggle about this every minute even when I keep my mind busy 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

  13. Really glad to see you back. I remember watching all your strain reviews and all your other videos. Back then I remember smoking all the time in high school. Now at 20 I’ve stopped pretty much fully. I’m glad you’ve grown as a person and are sharing your thoughts on these important topics

  14. Thank you for this, I never thought about mental illness until my brother had an episode and it made me realize how many people there are that go through it. Keep spreading your story trust me bro you are an inspiration to many people you don’t know.

  15. Mental health in the modern world is worse because the world we live in. We aren’t made to live as we do. The modern human has 1000 things to worry about that people never used to worry about. 100 years ago, all you needed was a piece of land and farming knowledge as well as ability to hunt and fish. If you had those things, you could survive. Now you can know how to hunt and fish and still starve to death.

As far as mental health and marijuana goes.. the only negative aspect is that it’s illegal. Peoples quality of life is worse because they’re unable to get a decent job because the stigmatization of marijuana use. Nation wide legalization would see improved mental health, reduced crime, less poverty, and more money at every level up to at the government level.

  16. 5g military grade weaponry being wielded against the public enmasse without possible legal recourse they're just trying to cause us all to snap
That will give them the green light to push the Ultimate plan through Georgia guidestones look up the pop they want to exist way way way less than there are
    Its by design
    And its all biblical
Try and pray and seriously fast and spend time with God and read scriptures
Or stay in pharmakeya and witchcraft root cutting with no end to the madness its all compounded issues none of it is seperate its all connected
