as a few other people have already said, it's personal preference to how to want to break up your flowers, no matter how you decide to break your bud up your gonna lose some trichs in the process, thats why grinder hash, finger hash and scissor hash exist. I personally like to use my hands, and no I dont mash my flowers with my fingers like an idiot. Nice video, and thanks for sharing brotha, stay medicated.
@TheCCC420 Scissors are to much of a hassle, I prefer just rubbing it between my fingers.. Then scrubbing my finger on the edge of the bowl.

@TheCCC420 ya i find that grinding ur weed in a grinder really burns the weed up faster than chopping it up with some scissors into some small pieces not to mention it tastes a lil better when there chopped instead of grinded
Not all the trichomes come off when using a grinder, and if they do, they fall into the bottom where you can eventually smoke all that kief. So, I'd say you lose way fewer trichs via grinder as opposed to them all sticking to your fingers or falling on the table since you're dealing with uber-dank pottreez. I think the best argument you can make is about how fine you want your herb chopped up.
