My opinion is that both everyone is right about holding it in and not holding it in its both cards being played i say that because the surface area and volume of your lung satuals soaking smoke in factor in but yeah only so much at a time can be instataneously soaked in but peaking early maybe be just luck but its really just based upon how many molecular bonds there are to the surface area of your lungs sactuals but indead there will still be other atoms in the middle of the volume of the smoke that will not get diffused thats why you can always hot box some small space
