Cheese isnt a big thing in China and in Asian countries because the people are mostly lactose intolerant, plus savory cheese is t what the Chinese find appetizing

I was staying at The Westin in Beijing and they had amazing cheese for Breakfast. I asked them if it was imported and they said they got it locally from a Chinese Cheese artisan. This is the guy!
