The nigiri is perfect as it comes. There is no need for soy sauce. The flavors are complex and deep!
I made it! Called Yoshi late morning for afternoon pickup.
Going for sushi has always been about the experience of the location, interacting with the chef etc. This is what always made it memorable!
Yoshi is able to put that memorable experience entirely into the food! Amazing chef!
