  1. Love you Faridah, but you don’t salt your steak ahead of time for it to penetrate the steak in order to get a “deep salt flavor.” You salt it ahead of time to draw out the moisture 😂.

  2. If I'm in a rush for dinner and making baked potatoes: I like to poke holes in em, and throw them in the microwave for just a little "head start". Cuts cooking time by half or more.
