Type 1,2 & 3 is a newer way of classifying the cannabinoid ratios. I recently saw it being used online over the past year. Type 1 is high THC, type 2 is a 1:1 CBD:THC, and type 3 is high CBD, CBG etc with very low/no THC. Surprised to see it talked about especially from this guy.

Sounds like here in Kentucky. Keeps passing the house but failing in the Senate because the GOP keeps fucking us over. The bill is highly restrictive too. Not sure all the restrictions off top of my head but no smoking it, no home grow, only 4 conditions qualify, and edibles cant go over 70mg. There were other restrictions but like already said not sure off the top of my head. And they basically brag about blocking it. To the point Governor Andy has said he may end up using executive order to get us medical marijuana. I just hope if he does actually do it i highly hope its not the Republican plan cause that will fuck over many in the state that really need it that would be excluded like veterans with PTSD. Im ex navy and disabled but 1 condition i do have is ptsd among other problems but none are either of the 4 except maybe chronic pain but my doctor wont diagnose it no matter how much pain im in daily and only thc helps it cause i wont take pain pills because they are toxic and addictive. We need safe non addictive and not toxic medicine here but the GOP wont let us have it even though the revenue will also help this state since is 1 of the top 10 i believe poorest states on this country.

I had high hopes for South Carolina, I know that once SC passes it, NC will finally jump on board, but the proposed legislation in NC right now doesn't even include chronic pain or migraines on the list of diagnoses that can be prescribed for. They have left it open for a doctor to use their discretion but would require an entire appeals process before the patient with Rheumatoid Arthritis can receive their medicine. One of these days I will make it out of this state, was just hoping they would legalize it here first.
