Hello, iam a fan from Czech Republic and I have been growing my own weed in my garden for the past five years and I have come to the observation that no matter what I do my buds are always sort of midgrade. The ones I grow in giant pots on my roof are much better but its still nothing that could be considered "top shelf". The buds are usually hard, full of trichomes, but the smell just isnt there. Even after 3 month cure its still doesnt smell as strong as I would like it. Dont get me wrong it gets me zooted af, but part of the joy of smoking is smelling the different citrusy tones whereas my weed just smells like weed with grassy tones of hay and musk. There is no mold either. Any ideas how I could boost the smell of outdoor grown weed ? I grow autoflowers in soil and i fertilize with classic NPK fertilizer, sometimes with very well matured horse shit. Ive tried boosting the microorganisms in my soil with few products but it only resulted in bigger buds, not nicer smelling or stronger smelling buds. Its gotten to the point where basically half of the plant matter goes into making hash or concentrates because it just isnt very nice to smoke.
