  1. every single person that is in these comments saying that they don’t believe this study for one reason or another would have been so quick to clap and cheer for Weed if I would have said these same researchers proved that it makes you more beautiful or more rich lol. A lot of people don’t want to hear any news about Weed unless it is good news, but there are multiple studies that point to all of this being true. just because you haven’t noticed it happening to yourself does not prove anything.

  2. This is really interesting and thank you so much for this, and all your videos. My Father is a Vet that suffers from PTSD and Anxiety. I finally got him vaping THC and most recently he has really liked the effect of Delta-8 THC. Anything in that study you found about vaping THC, or more accurately vaping or ingesting Delta-8?

  3. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 please post updates on this topic if you hear anymore info about this! I love cannabis but cardiovascular issues run in the family.

  4. Great video as always! I do have to ask, would edibles cause this as well? Seeing as how 11-hydroxy-THC is what mainly gets metabolized when consuming edibles as opposed to delta-9 THC (if memory serves me), did the study account for this? Or did they only examine delta-9 THC?

  5. I remember back in the illegal times me and my dad just got done smoking a fat joint then we went to the grocery store and as we were looking at the bread I looked beside me and there was a cop. I don't know why but my body just started freaking out and it felt like I was having a heart attack my heart was felt like it was 1000 bpm I almost fell to the ground it hit me so hard but luckily I haven't had that happen since then but man that was some good weed I'll never forget it

  6. I don't trust this study. It looks like a hit piece. It probably boils down to coughing when you take too big of a hit. How you smoke, could be the key. A few giant hits followed by coughing, or many small hits.

  7. It's all about balance and most people don't care about balance
Be damn if we do be damned if we don't
At least let me die with chest full of marijuana smoke

Lol saying that I did switch to vapes and had better run times compared to just blunts and I agree with Joseph Wu people really out there boosting thc amounts to ridiculous amounts people will die cause they think its like water but you also can die from drinking too much water

  8. Chronic helps with my chronic condition, but so does a well planned and researched plant based diet (and exercise). Bringing inflammation down as much as possible gives me my life back.

  9. So after doing more research into the study. I started looking at the grouping and selections. The ones that were most likely were people they chose that had certain risk factors, so basically whether they smoke or not they would probably have a cardio issue later in life. Then the group that "didn't" smoke were all people that didn't have the same risk factors, it's all skewed and cherry picked research. As a MDPhD Biochemist I know the struggle to get viable research and get those grants doing this kind of thing makes it easy to get a research dissertation out there but is very unscrupulous. It needs peer review and this discrepancy would be made and wouldn't be accepted until the control group is better.

  10. dude… picture this… i am 50 years old and up until 6 years ago i weighted 640 pounds.. i had surgery and lost 400 since then but still… if anyone should have a heart attack its me and i smoke enough to be high all day every day. its just another scare tactic
