3. Hi there,
   I was  diagnosed with PLS ( primary lateral sclerosis) , it's a form of ALS , but much slower .

   My symptoms are:

   Muscle spasms
   Muscle weakness
   Spasticity
   Muscle cramping
   nerve deterioration
   Slow speech
   Sometimes shortness of breath
   Clumsiness
   Of balance…
   and more…

   I just spoke with my doctor and he said that he will write me I note that will make me qualify for medical marijuana.

   Could you please tell me which strain is the right for me and in which form?

   I live in New York.
