7. Will you please talk about this new 14 day antibiotic injection the veterinary has and make sure no one ever allows their pet to get.. I finally started letting my cat out and one day he came home limping and I took him to the vet and they wanted me to keep him there for the day so they can put him under and check out what was going on with him so I did.. when I came back they told me that his leg was not broke but he had a infection with several cuts and they told me they cleaned it up and gave him a 24 hour pain med and the 14 day injection.. after the second day he would not eat for a couple of days and then on the tenth day he didn’t eat again ..it’s been about 3 months and he still has on and off days .. he is a totally different cat now.. research it and now knowing the side effects I would’ve never allowed it but they didn’t even give me that option I just came back to pick him up and they already did it without even asking me
