Have you guys ever snapped a branch on an auto ?? Uhhh I just snapped mine and I’m trying to fix it but it’s only been an hour since I sanapped it and the leaves on that branch are dropping
I have been using self watering planters (Passive Hydro Pots) for over 35 years. I have ran almost every hydroponics and in my opinion nothing works better. During growth I top feed only and as the roots grow down into the grate they get air pruned just like a air pot. During bloom I start feeding from the bottom, after you start bottom feeding *never feed from the top or your plants could get locked out. They don't really work well with organic or slow reliesed nutrients, good hydroponic nutrients at half strength work the best.
I just bought three of these , but I'm a little nervous about overwatering. It seems to me if you water the top in like it says in the instructions and fill the reservoir even a day or two later that the soil would stay damp continuously and kill the roots. Has anyone on here actually had a successful cannabis crop with these or just managed to drag them over the finish line? I'm going to put a couple well established mother plants in mine witch are getting to big for 2×2 tent. I'll start some new clones to keep in tent and transfer the mothers into the grobuckets to grow on the back deck this summer and hopefully not kill them. I would like to hear from someone who has actually had a successful run with these comment.
Man hats off to Grotek GrowBuckets. I ordered mine after watchin this video immediately and got em yesterday from Florida.,2 and half days from Florida up here to Michigan is quick.
Anyway these are great. Immma order the 10 pack with the floats next and the New Growbuddy thst goes in the 8 gallon fabric pots. So you can still air prune roots. All 3 systems are fantastic. Love the elegance in its simplicity.
Also guys these and the Growfern hanging baskets make great Mother’s Day and Father’s Day gifts.
I enjoy my plants and taking care of them. If you want all these gadgets that will make you lazy and not check in on the grow daily maybe you shouldn’t grow. I can understand if you were doing an industrial grow but I’m a 6 at a time guy.
Do you guys have an email ? I would love to get advice from sending you all pics of my plants. I’m growing autos and it’s my first time

Can you use liquid fertilizers with these buckets
Just saw the earth box clones in Lowe's and remembered this video…I have to try one out. Fabric pots are overrated anyway 🤪 imho.

Crazy she looked like the one that got away
What size drill bit
not enough air with 1 hole
👍
Just bought a 10 pack going to use it for tomatoes, strawberries, and my grow tent thank you!
If u don't know wether the plant would be tall or short. Would u top it or leave as it is?
I’d put an air stone in the bottom to keep the water aerated.
Looks like a great, simple automatic "butt-chuggin'" system.
Less gnats, etc this way, too. Nice job on the vid – sold me on it I'ma try them.
would the space remaining be as big as 3 gal of soil? like a 3g air pot ?
Too much work just water when the leaves tell you. Your leafs speak just got to understand them✌️
Have you all every checked out a earthbox, I seen buildasoil using them and it has a bottom watering system as well.
Glad u took my advice and got to try em out. Glad you guys are enjoying them 😁
What are you using for nutes with this system?
Curious to see the results. Thanks for sharing!
I just subscribed…because she’s absolutely gorgeous. That’s the only reason why

Happy bucket lol
I made my own DIY bucket
V fast growth
Awesome.
I would run an air hose thru the whole to. For the roots. Your limiting air.
I bet I could make one in about 5 minutes.
Oh hey. Hello heaven.

My patented grow system is so much better lol
