One question I'm doing this same method I'm a first-time grower my top 2/3 soil is a half and half of happy frog and ocean and I've heard after the 2nd week the plant needs nutrients and since my roots haven't even reached the bottom yet where my living soil is well this be a problem??? Thanks
Im not a big hater but if you want to start a channel and show people or educate people how to grow…you gotta know how to grow yourself. The quality you guys are putting out isnt the greatest and theres a lot of things you can do throughout the grow that you arent doing..your just growing pretty straight forward. Im just sayin maybe learn how to grow some quality before you try to teach others lol you guys are still beginners.. btw your putting way too much perlite lol
You can actually grow in nothing but perlite if you want too, I don't recommend it if you don't know how to grow in something as airy as perlite or you don't have the time to be in you're garden watering everyday bc it will get to that point were you would be watering pretty much everyday even multiple times a day, but it sounds to me like it wasn't just the perlite it was also you had the wrong mix for your substrate as well Im assuming, better luck next time and keep pushing, we all make mistakes, key is learning from them and trying not to repeat that ever again, thanks for the video update, really great content, peace and respect brother/sister!!! #TrueGrowezLove
This stuff smells SO STRONG! It works well and goes away after a few weeks but I may not use this again just because of the smell… next try coast of Maine, stonington blend
Where'd u guys get the spinning drying rack that's awesome
Why compress the soil? You’re cutting yourself shot on the quality and yield ?
How did this grow turnout? Is there a playlist for this run? I'm too lazy to look. 😜
Love the channel though!

I just love this mix I been using the same for some time now. But omg Stanky stank. I'm 3 weeks into flower only giving it pH water and banana tea
if you have lockout try canna flush, nice greets from Germany
A solo cup is 6 of a pound you are right
1 lb per 5 gallon bag mix it all together and plant your plant
Nature's living soil was probably the easiest way to grow for a beginner
It works
Nature's living soil and 5 gallon bags top dress halfway through and a compost tea here and there and you should be fine
After rewatching this series, I kind of think you had a good thing going with the first run. All except topping an auto 6 times.
The math on the NLS is mind bending! Why can't they use tbls, cups, or oz?
Would you use this soil on photos are only autos
that stuff stinks out the whole room but it does work really well haha

what is that thing that spins you are using to dry?
Quality vids 👌
I'm now on my 4th grow with Nature's living soil.
My favorite method is too germinate directly into a solo cup with Black Gold 0.0.0 potting soil for 2 weeks.
I do their super soil mix so 1Lb of NLS too 5 gallons of Fox Farms Ocean Forest mixed with an additional 20% perlite.
I'll even mix a little extra on the bottom of my 3gal pots for a reserve if they truly want it.
PH water in veg & flower 6.2 – 6.8
If vegging over 5 weeks top dress in week 4 of veg then every 2 weeks. 1 tbsp per gallon of soil.
Or weekly compost teas with NLS & molasses in a bucket with an air stone.
Love my Fox Farm Ocean Forest an my dry nutrients.. Pretty simple. Ive seen people grow in that straight perilite mix..
