  1. I wouldn't be taking a tolerance break if I wasn't getting withdrawal signs… can't deal with the symptoms because I have school. Yes, withdrawal is real, if you do a lot for a while your body may get used to it and not wanna let go

  2. Hell, a full 1 day tolerance break (aka you can smoke every day if only once and not too much) is enough to get you baked. Weed tolerance decays like an exponential function, the first day you lose the most thc. So if you wanna lower tolerance, you can do it without a break as long as you smoke a certain decaying amount every day.

  3. Lmfao you know you're pretty fucked when not smoking weed for a few days is considered a 'tolerance break'. I go several days, weeks, or sometimes even months between seshes. I don't consider them to be 'tolerance breaks', I just don't smoke every day because I don't want to have to rely on weed to function normally…

  4. awe damn 72hrs is also the amount of time it takes to start hallucinating w/i sleep man i don't even go sober that long even if I'm away for weeks! i bring enuf n got ppl all over or would end up buyin off sketchy af ppl after 3days n no sleep idk. but thats mainly wheb i smoke is to sleep! But tolerance went way way up from dabs n then next thing Started 2 do it all day cuz i could as opposed to flowers. there's way less smell n everything makes it way less stealthy to smoke weed compared to wax so i was lit all day i slowly been cutting back I'm like 24hr in&break it 2 get some sleep! Was takin at least 4fat dabs at 1x then 2x a day or 3x n the vape pen. lost count back down to 2&3 idk how I'm a do this tho maybe just switch to flower?! But that then takes like 4x as much as it used to& will take more than the dabs. once those run out ik it'll eventually go back down to one tiny 0.2 bowls per night. missing all my dab fun lol. but it's only fun if you dont abuse it n I've always gotta learn fkn hard way lol. going back on medical only so sleep even tho it help with pain lot it won't if ya get tolerance or is much less effective

I've done everything from 24 hrs- 2 months…the 2 month break was the longest in the last 8 years, I hit a blunt 3 times, and was in another dimension for the next few hours, it was surreal, in the last 4 years, I've done one month once, and two weeks once, and a handful of 5-10 days..each cleanse is different varying on your method of consumption after not using and your environment, just take a few deep breaths and take it easy at first, let the first half hour come to you and don't go too hard at first, because you'll more than likely feel your pulse in your ear drum haha. t breaks are important, and keeps the habit fresh for longevity sakes.
