Companies use distillate oil which loses cannabinoids in the process. They also aren't using good marijuana. Byproducts or garf. So yeah homemade is gonna yield much better results, especially when you're using good flower and not byproducts turned into distillate oil which doesn't retain all of the brilliant cannabinoids and terpene profile. THC isnt the only active cannabinoid. And that's all you're getting from companies who use distillate oil. Same high. Not experiencing the full effects of the strains used.
I love making edibles. My dispensary is pretty expensive for the amount it takes to relieve my pain.
