1. How can I clean chamber, it changed color to brownish like, alcohol doesnt work

3. I have a question about the mouthpiece, on websites I’m seeing that the starry has a piece like in the Aria with a wire filter but this one has a ceramic looking filter to stop the herb, how do I find it or is it an add on?

5. Had mine for a week now. Make sure to find free shipping and shop around for deals, but this is the perfect first vape. The Pax is nicer, but for the money it's not even close. Unless it falls apart in the next couple of weeks, I'm genuinely surprised how nice this thing is. $71 bucks, if I'd spent $150 I'd be happy, spending half makes me wonder how I got away with it. Its possible there's a nicer vape for $100 bucks somewhere in the world, but that sure seems impossible right now.

10. Do you have an email to contact? I'm trying to clean inside Starry's ceramic chamber under the filter, I wanted to email pictures to see if you can help me. I'm trying to remove the filter to clean the traces below but I can not, the mouth I managed to disassemble it all, this was very useful and helped me a lot, thanks for the video !!

11. Changing the chamber screen? How the hell am I supposed to do that. Comes with back up screen so yeah…

12. What do you mean with "three full cycles"? Three times heating up at max temp for five minutes?

13. Is it possible to leave the actual mouthpiece (stem and attached top part) in 91% alcohol for cleaning or do you recommend the below 'comment solution' to pour through the alcohol? You never explain this in the video but it seems highly relevant.
