1. I started doing jiu jitsu at 43 and the pain from the injuries had me turning at night. I started taking cbd and the pain and inflamation got better for sure.

8. Smoking CBD while high on THC will lower your high, or even sober you up. But thats a good thing if you overdose on edibles or dabs, just vape CBD and it will unclog your brain cells. save you from that embarassing ambulance call

Since I started taking RCO it's better version of CBD I haven't taken any pharmaceutical meds at all I sleep better i feel better no back pain or shoulder pain but I take RCO Rick Simson Oil based look into it and if you ever have the opportunity to try it out I highly recommend it just take small amount and don't start eating higher amount just bcs you don't have to with it it will still work just take longer to take effect imo
