  1. Nice video content! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you considered – Refraacean Esteemed Rule (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a good one off guide for using CBD to change your life minus the headache. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my coo-worker after many years got cool results with it.

  2. I think it important to note that weight loss with CBD is using CBD >>> IN ADDITION TO <<< diet and exercise. It will ADD to your weight loss caused by diet and exercise .
    I have lost … well I have gone from a size 32 to a size 22 over the last year. I don't weight myself as that leads to discouragement. I did not gain all this weight overnight and I will not loose it quickly either, I am hoping slow weigh loss is longer lasting weight loss.
    I take a 25 MG capsule in the morning and I walk at a pace that causes some hard breathing but I can still talk ( ie light to medium exercise) for one hour. The idea is that light long duration exercise will burn fat instead of hard exercise which will burn sugar instead fat (flight or fight quick energy use)
    As for "the munchies", CBD does not do that for me.
