Been using this for a few months. Was somewhat disappointed when I had to order a packet of filters for $32.00 delivered. (From TVape). IMHO, if they are selling this for $350-$400 they didn't have to milk us for filters at $32.00 a pop. Battery does not last 90 minutes, you might get 4 X 10 minutes on high setting before the juice runs out. However it is a 2 person Vape, I.E. Boyfriend/girlfriend, wife/husband so the 4 sessions of 10 minutes is good for the day. By 2 people I mean, the way the mouth fits over the Vape makes it a bit personal. Not for sharing with friends unless you're all real close. All in all, when they say "German Engineering", it sounds corny but it is an incredible build quality and design. Expensive but would buy again.

use 8.0 firmware… definitely not for cigarette tobacco lol… will experiment with other tobacco and may be with other herbs, actually i'm ok with e-juce vaporator, so this portable will for out of home, even with cig tobacco it's almost ok 🙂 i think herbs include tobacco have to be not very dry like in cigarette and that's will ok, almost not vapor, it's only at starting some vape, and after first puff all vape must be stay in the lungs hahaha… will try… after vaping my favorite pall mall i couldn't even vape juce lol… btw, i stop smoking in the first day of start vape e-juce black note primarily, as i could see it nutty and mellow, but must be black note will only one e-juce for me… but by all means, open question, what sort of herbs use for my arc hehehe, as now i know tobacco from cigarettes not very good idea 🙂

Single digit temperature setting would have been perfect. I don't know if the temperatures would be right for my taste or not. 🙁
YOU guys are great I purchased the Crafty before I saw the reviews for the Arc then bought the Arc with plans to return the crafty, and you delivered both long before the date given, infact i bought the Arc 4 days after the Crafty, and the Arc arrived 2 days before the delivery date Given for the Crafty.
Anyway Vape is AMAZING best portable dry herb Ive used. In fact I like the inhale better on the Arc then my Extreme Q. Just the packing took a bit of getting used to, seeing reviews on youtube the production people were getting was insane, and mine was barely visable. I was not packing it nearly enough and after playing around with it enough and packed it a fair bit I was getting Great vapor production and taste. Great product. too bad it doesnt have a mouth peice but one less peice to break. Great vape
