so i just bought this and it wont charge the battery from the pen itself

So after I press it 4 times and set it to the highest temperature, I can start vaping right? And after it goes to sleep mode, press it 2 times to reactivate? It doesn't seem to reactivate my device when i press it 2 times. And also how do you know when it's fully charged or not? Is there any battery indication?

It's worth noting that this unit using the same 18650 (removeable batteries) as the Davinci IQ so if you own one of those already you can swap batteries between both as well.
