A true fisher, making the most of a messy situation As kids we thought carp were inedible and destructive to habitat, when we caught them we threw them up the bank for other critters to eat We were warned not to eat resident fish (excluding migratory) due to mercury in the Willamette River system I hope the carps you are dining on are safe to eat
