I also use the grobuckets and I planted straight into soil a run of fast buds Purple Punch and Blackberry Autos. I planted them in a fairly moist soil because i knew that would keep the seed moist enough to germinate while the rest evaporated up or the roots stretched to the rez. Im also using HP pro mix with nothing but GrowDots and recharge alone and just PHd tap water. (I try to use distilled for the seedling and early veg) Planted on 6/1.. popped on 6/3/22. Best grow Ive ever had. Ill never use the paper towel method again. Just feels like it takes off twice as fast if it just establishes its roots completely uninterrupted. I'm thinking of possibly putting a airstone in the rez with my next run and and seeing if that makes any sort of difference.

I think the soil around the edges of the buckets is supposed to act as a wick. Not sure the perlite will turn turn out to be a good idea but I love you guys and wish you luck

When I do direct to the soil I only what are them once until they are out of the soil I overwatered one time and rotted my sprout

You inspired me to try the Grobucket and I got a QP off of 1 auto Pineapple Express from Barneys farm using Happy Frog and superb soil from A Pot for Pot. This was my largest yield yet off of a single auto. You guys are awesome I've learned so much from y'all. Love You Guys!!!

You guys don't compost? I recycle my soil as well and it gets better every time I use it… but I only throw the loose dirt in my soil bin the root balls And stems hit the compost…I did a run of fastbuds little over a year ago 5 different strains and its primo quality but since I switched to photos I'm extremely happier… like night and day differences…it's just stupid yeilds…

I noticed in your 5×5 you have a 6-in hose coming in the bottom of the side is that from your dry tent or are you adding humidity? If you're adding humidity to your 5×5 can you show us your setup? I run a 10 head fogger
