If you're using the AC Infinity Controller 69 in your tents you can set your humidifier to run based on VPD.. I've got my exhaust fan set at 74° and my humidity set to come on at/above 1.0 VPD (day 40). This is maintaining my VPD between .9 & 1.1 100% of the time.
I'm also using VPD to control my exhaust when lights are off, since my humidity skyrockets which causes the VPD to plunge. Setting the exhaust to come on below 0.9 VPD keeps it in the right range.
Yeah ive always just maintained a rh of 45-60. As long as I'm withing this range it's been beautiful. I wanna get a pulse and really mess with it at some point though!!
Great stuff you guys .. just started my babies about 7-8 weeks along..just posted my video..I'm new and have very few subs..and views but wanted to share my experiences with everyone… hope you can get over and let me know what you think…I appreciate all the awesome content and enjoying your grows❤
I still can’t believe you guys were at my local grow store in Greenville, Mi I actually mentioned your name to the guy who runs things around there and on how I watch you guys and he hooked me up with a sticker of yours and a keychain much appreciated y’all!!!
damn yall got 50k subs and didnt worry about VPD this whole time? yall got a whole ac infinity sponsorship and yall giving props to the damn pulse pro….. your controller 69 does the same thing for 100$ less
You can use a Pulse Pro to calibrate your VPD on the AC Infinity UIS controller’s temperature/humidity probe and if you have multiple tents running a full AC Infinity UIS system with the humidifier, fans, inline fans, probes and lights, you can lock in VPD settings and verify with IR thermometer and VPD chart. You get the most by using a highly accurate piece of tech to get closer results through calibration of that humidity and temperature probe UIS controllers use to gather the numbers for the VPD data on the UIS system. Then you periodically check the calibration in each tent with a Pulse Pro to keep it locked in. Once the AC Infinity UIS probe is calibrated to the readings you get from the Pulse Pro you should be getting similar VPD levels on the data logger on the UIS controller and app. So check leaf temps and use AC in your ventilating room that the tents are in and you can manage multiple tents VPD finding a range that works for your perpetual harvest.
I was under the idea that higher VPD makes the plant transpire more, not less. The vapor pressure is higher in the plant than outside the plant, so it transpires more to balance itself, thereby pulling more moisture from the growing medium. That causes the plant to pull more nutrients. Could be completely wrong, just thought thats the way it worked
Great show…To the question what’s my #1 in a grow ? To me after 8 years , I cannot pick something more important than another.. My reasoning is this …Go out side on a nice day and try to duplicate that inside. It is very difficult as you need all the elements for NATURE to work.. That’s the goal , as best as possible indoors. But if had a #1 challenge it would be humidity control , and that’s a video in itself.. the variables on this alone will drive you to go smoke a fat one and chill…😁..This alone will cause way more problems than the other elements we are trying to create and control. You guys are awesome… Happy growing !
Interested in VPD in tents Ive heard it is very hard to maintain without a lot of rather expensive tools. Someday maybe but this will be great to watch.
Why aren’t you using your pro controller to measure VPD? Seems silly to push a competitors product when you are sponsored by ACI.
Great video yall..shout out from Bama and if you ain't chokin you ain't smokin 😂😂 love yall
❤❤❤ the show

Her eyes said post harvest test was satisfactory lol
Nice little 8 minutes ad 🙄

Thank you for the tips .
Got the 420 like😊
🤪
That's some knowledge. This is why I love this channel. Always pumping out good info.
Wouldn't you be better off setting the climate for the room the tents are in? It seems more logical when running multiple tents.
Great content and appreciate the heads up. Will definitely start doing this and pass it on. 👍
Can you tell us your VPD setting for the AC infinity tent please? Because the controller 69 comes with that function just never really understood it.

so this video is just a big overpriced hygrometer advertisement?
If u learn one thing this should be it’s VPD!! the number one thing all grower watch growing anything

Great vid and I 100% agree with you guys. I also started watching vpd with the pulse pro and have seen big improvements.

What up bro? What up?
Much love from Pennsylvania 🤙😎 Great editing and video quality, keep up the great work 😁

The two of you give off that kids science show vibe (like Beakman's World) and it works, keep it up.
agree that VPD is important! thanks guys!
