This scares the shit out of me because I’ve been so happy with a company called puir select in Tennessee through the online hemp market and he makes real deal hash rosin and rosin disposables edibles and flower very top notch quality I’ve been ordering for years now in Georgia and if they change thca farmbill laws it will screw me and my rosin has helped me through my recovery from longer term opiate addiction this should b a crime!!!

Matt, can you help me understand something? in my state we have had legal recreational marijuana for almost a year. But we still have dedicated stores the owner calls them “dispensaries “ that sell nothing but delta-8. If real marijuana is easily available; why would anyone want synthesized delta-8 products instead?

I dont miss going to a dealer. Honestly, if they make delta 8 illegal its going to re incriminate so many law abiding citizens. I honestly feel like delta8 is safer or at least less potent than real weed so i dont get the point in making it illegal unlees they WANT THE BLACK MARKET BACK. Being able to buy delta 8 has probably kept so many young adults from coming into contact with harder drugs. This is just bad.

The truth is the Marijuana/Hemp industry is big enough now to join in on the political game and have a say. In other words, they have the money to influence/change laws. No one will reverse the 2018 bill; they will expand and refine it (more regulation of products not a restriction of their sales).

I don’t think THCa or other cannabinoids are going anywhere. They are talking of getting rid of the DEAs lab testing requirements. But with the current rules we have now, DEA doesn’t test for total THC.

luckily the dea doesn't make laws. so as long as there are other lawyers, congress members, etc who interpret it as is, delta 8 might be in the clear. We'll have to see what happens with the new farm bill though..

the Law states its legal, last time I checked its congress's job to write law and the courts job to interpret it, as the 9th Circuit Federal Appeals Court Ruled That Delta-8 THC Is Legal, hemp companies can and should ignore the DEA on this and sue if they attempt to take illegal action on this
Cannabis is legal even federally. Laws state hemp can have no more than .3% thc to be considered legal, but without decarboxolation, the substance found on cannabis plants is THCa. Ergo, legal.
Delta-8 was the only thing that saved me when I was in Tennessee last week because I didn't bring any of my supply from Oklahoma
Just legalize it on a federal level already. Let everyone grow the plant and experience its therapeutic and medicinal benefits naturally.
