This is bulls***. There should be no regulations to begin with whether it's hemp or any kind of cannabis. If they just legalized it you would be able to buy regular cannabis all different types for the price that people are buying hemp flowers sprayed with Delta 8, if not cheaper. You can buy a whole pound of dank flowers for like 500 in Canada shipped right to your door. That's how it should be here.

Personally I don't think they'll touch it because the government has more things to focus on the regulating the hemp industry. The legalization of these hemp products was a very tiny part of the Agricultural improvement act, so don't think Congres will listen to those suggestions and move on to revise different parts of the bill

I’m allergic to entire pharmaceutical drugs, approximately 100… even vitamins, fragrances, chemicals… As for pharmaceutical drugs some of them I almost died To point 10 yrs ago I was literally on my way death, bed ridden can’t do nothing, include memory loss diagnosis. Can’t even put socks on myself and placed in assisted living facility. Doctor gave me choice pick one pain meds or cannabis. I knew I had no choice to end pharmaceutical for good and choose cannabis route went through special program for cannabis. Took me 4 years to find right strain out of 100 strains. Only certain strain from there I’m talking again, walk again, stand up alone, sit normal which I could not for approximately 15+ years, do my own chores, making calls, grocery shop, everything by myself. Even spiritual awakening, find lot of gifts I have unaware that I can do. Realizing look back my entire life on RX was a joke it is a killer stuff it cause too many health diagnosis pop up such as memory loss, diabetic, high blood pressure, heart condition, many more unnecessary plus problem with mental health arise not know how to express feeling correctly, destroy relationships with family and friends and that’s where all doctors very happy and find us all delicious for more $$$ for themselves and they don’t care about us all. Make it even more worse. They are now angry for not making money so they find ways to stop us from success journey to help others to make world better. We need to stop find ways to kill what can help us all make better future by wake up and see the difference. If people misuse it then find ways like others say ask for ID or RX from healing doctor specialist. They all need focus to fix what’s truly harmful out there like opiates all it does is make you go down the hill in long run then more health issues arise one thing to another. As it literally cast our mind and body badly. Cannabis you don’t go down the hill at all. It gives us more productive and effective in broad wide ability in everything than pharmaceutical can do. Unbelievable how broken system we have. There’s a lot more problem out there we need to focus like climate changes, pollution, school system, mental services, safe housing for health wise, many more we need focus. These are what cure my rashes, pain tolerable from scale 10+ to like 2-3 level, it literally prolong my life miracle. Heart failure 2013, cancer many many years, kidney failure stage 5 since 2015, pain was damaged from auto accident that doctor lied said it was something else but actually found I have bone fracture that healed and pinched the nerve which is why pain was extreme profound to deal. And pain meds I was on was very strong and to me it wasn’t even enough to really help the pain. Cannabis use very sparingly and last long time. Very productive life. Good deep sleep I ever have out of entire life
