Im in Nevada and it totally makes sense I have to go 30 mi away just to get to a recreational dispensary they know a large portion of their customer base is from out of town and they do some shady stuff with their products I have literally quit buying there because they continually short you on concentrates pre rolls and even name brand stuff like the name brand says that it's a half a gram and then they mark it up to a gram…. Im on a fixed budget so this totally infuriated me cuz now I got to do 150 miles round trip each week

    I'm like Dude, people lie and cheat, always have always will, hbusiness and commercial entities lie and cheat, what makes you think the weed growers and sellers aren't lying and cheating in those THC figures? 😤

  7. Can I just to by how high I feel afterwards?? But great video.. and back in the day with first legalization in colorado. I swear. I never seen a thc a on the label.. i still say that thc a is chemical weed with delta 8 and 10.. try a Mike Tyson thc a joint and i bet you say its chemicals

    PSI LABS recently went out of business in MI due to brands not choosing them, why?
    Because they were accurate and called out multiple dirty companies..

    These "legal" brand will cut corner in any way they can.

IIRC in OR the sample is taken from a sealed lot that is ready to travel off the farm – this means that it's in whatever state it is going to be shipped out in, so that if any contaminants are introduced in handling between harvest/test they are found. The tiers here don't really follow THC strength a lot (search your favorite online cannabis portal for OR dispensaries – they also have to list potency here so you can see price vs potency) but actually rank flower by thing like quality and popularity/volume. A lot of times you'll get product that is clearly stronger than labeled, especially if it's in the discount tiers (great for making your own edibles). CO does a pretty good job, though. WA is terrible (all prepack, expensive, etc) even though they technically grow flower as good as BC, OR, or NorCal. As bad as it is in the western states, it's much much worse everywhere else. Get involved in your local advocacy groups, even if it's just stuffing envelopes or something…they can only drop bad laws and crummy performance on us if we allow them to.
    Here in OR one of the biggest impacts has been a big increase in prosecution of human rights violations on remote farms…and a general tendency of the normalization, albeit slowly, of paying taxes and making the laws work with the whole supply side/consumers instead of accepting whatever lawmakers feel like capitulating on to chuck us half a loaf in hopes it will make us settle down. NO! fight for sane laws and regulation! It can work! Screw the black market and safe product with accessibility for everyone!

    The THC number isn't "inflated". The THC potency on the label is essentially for all practical purposes the MAXIMUM level found in the batch.

    In YOUR bag, you get "UP TO" the max number.

  21. I like your channel but your live makes no sense. I know one thing you don't take notes to stay track one when your on your live. That's will bring a down fall . Also there nothing fatherly in it either. What age group you looking for in your channel, it can't be kids your smoking . Why talk about video games. You made me upset. Just stay on a certain subject. And stick with. Than try to speak about everything . I don't need to hear what you like. it's about staying on the main subject. When your stoned. You Talking everywhere wasn't injoying . Take some noted so you can stay on one subject. That's all I'm saying

  22. I've always been suspect of THC percentages especially when you get past the 22 -25 % threshold . I recently purchased a "White Wedding" pre roll from a dispensary that stated it had over 31 % THC. After smoking a little more than half of it I'm thinking …….Hmm , I don't think so .

  27. Took me a long time to realize genetics is genetics I’ve had some 20% strains get me higher than some 30% ones it’s all genetics. Sometimes something with 30% thc has good genetics sometimes it doesn’t. Thanks for the knowledge, I’ve always wondered how these places work.

  30. I know this doesn't really apply to this video….. but I was told THC degrades into CBN over time. Is that true? They say thats why you might get more tired than normal when you smoke old stuff.
