18. Calling cap, bs and click bait before I even watch the video. The strongest weed in the world is made in Canadian government labs for research purposes and only comes out around %42 THC. The %/potency of weed is the measurement and ratio of THC/CBD mass to plant material. In other words it's physically impossible to have weed that high of a potency without infusing it with a cannabis extract before packaging for consumption. %80 THC would mean there's almost 0 visible plant material. It wouldn't resemble a nug at all
