bar lights usually have a more even number acrost the board. like my 5×5 light gets me 950-1000 + on every square including the corners at only 75% 25 inches above my plants
I think you have something wrong. Everyone that test that light says it’s within 10% of manufacturing test

I wouldn’t trust the PPFD data coming off the pulse pro. To get good data you really need a good sensor like an Apogee Quantum par sensor.
hmmm those numbers were way lower… im not sure the mylar is it maybe you got a defective one. iv seen other people use it and yours seems dim. i wonder is something got messed up during shipping.
Seems awfully low compared to what other people get. Are you sure the meter doesn't have a plastic cover over the sensor or something blocking light?

I got the fce3000 in my 3X3 and the fc4800 in my 4X4. I have never used a ppf or ppfd to measure output. I have also never measured my ppm run off for example because I don't know how to use some of the more expensive measuring instruments. My blue labs ph pen is the most high tech device I use. I love watching stuff like this to find out what's really going on. I can say that I have grown much double dank with the fc, fce and tsw quantum board lights from MH . I do believe (no scientific data) that the bar style lights run cooler than the quantum boards, one smokers opinion 😎 love the strain show
Love the video! We use the Mars HydroTSW 2000 (which is not the bar style) in our 4×4 tent and we are hitting a much higher ppfd. This kinda deters me from switching to bar lighting to be honest. Solid research right here bro!
