  1. In Melbourne, Australia, we had a tradition about 11 years ago. When you got accepted into university/Tafe after highscool, most of the institutes would be in the city, and as a new phase in life, you'd have to visit this restaurant called "crazy wings", situated around the universities. And I'll tell ya what, the first time we did it, we all bought jugs of milk and told our lecturers we made a dire mistake and it wasn't the elcrazy hot chicken wings 😂

  2. See…he is using hands to mix the batter and no one bats an eye but if an Indian street vendor uses hands; people go crazy and tell them to wear gloves

  3. Go to HK and hit one of the many Szechuan restaurants (they spell it Sichuan) and get their chilli chicken. So SO hot. Your mouth goes numb which allows you to keep eating it. For some reason these restaurants are all over HK now but not really elsewhere in Asia.

  4. love this guy till he was basically crying over ceyanne. Everyones tastes are different… I get that, and yet it bugs me when people overreact to black and red pepper. Personal issue, obvs. Chicken looks great!

  5. It's the day after and I used the wrong chilli peppers for the recipe and am in immense pain. Chicken itself was gas tho 11/10 recipe n vibes. First time I made proper fried chicken!!

  6. Literally none of this is Chinese outside of the guy cooking it potentially. You can't throw a stick of ginger into an American recipe and call it "Asian", "Chinese", or "Asian Fusion". It is like me throwing brisket in a pasta dish and calling it American food. I can't throw spare ribs seasoned Texas style and throw it into Pho and call it American. There is no Santa and there is no tooth ferry.
