Good video! I had a problem with my device. I came home from work, went to sleep. The next morning my device locked me out. $ out of pocket to have the tech unlock for me. Why did this happen? Is this just to get money, I have to go to work and I can not afford these extra added costs. What can be done about this situation? If cameras are installed, they see what I do, so why the extra charges and I am doing what they asked of me? Thanks in advance for your help. I live in Arkansas .

Sir, i just got an ignition interlock today and while i was driving back home i didn't do a rolling test correctly (due to confusion on how this thing works) and it showed "Missed Test" and ask me to Blow again and yes this time i did blow in correctly everything went ok. But is this a Lost violation or will it go against my DOL record? I called Smart Start and they are no help! I am not sure on how many chances someone get for missed test or it doesn't matter since i did a retest again right after it correctly. I am in Snohomish, WA and i am just new to this whole ignition lock blow and hum thing. Thank you for any answer you can provide sir!
