You are right it is always not too in a fight and back on when I was in school I used to get picked on so much I'll end up bowling the bullies and I used to be really really small to and now I see some of them and they don't say nothing to me no more I like your talk shows
Here is my story from when a coworker tried to get me fired. I worked laundry at a nursing home. She was the one who trained me. I ended up on nights and she got days. I was fine with this since I'm a night owl. I started showing her up at work. Basically I'd ACTUALLY get all my tasts done AND THEN SOME and she would fall behind daily at hers and get in trouble for hanging with her boyfriend and another friend at work CONSTANTLY. I did NOTHING to her to get her mad at me. So after about 3 months of working nights she REALLY starts slacking off. We had a notebook that every shift had to write in to brief the next shift about left over laundry, biohazards, and what residents were sick etc. She stopped writing down what laundry she didn't finish. She stopped collecting the last round on her shift ENTIRELY. I would clock in to find 4 stuffed full barrels, 2 full carts and a full bio-bag all DIRTY still, the 2 commercial sized washers full but not started, AND the 2 commercial sized dryers full of wet but not started loads. PLUS a 6 foot table full of unsorted/unfolded laundry! I wrote it all down in the notebook. She then started LYING saying that she was getting behind because I was leaving HER stuff to do! So I started also writing down what I left (if anything) in the notebook also. We were supposed to do that anyway. She kept slacking and lying about it and me. She got talked to. So did I but only to be told she got talked to and to make it look like to her that I had gotten in trouble for something. She was mad I didn't get fired. So she then tried to get the activities ladies in on getting me fired. One hopped on that band wagon because she hated that her son had a crush on me. Another told me everything. Here is where it gets interesting. Day laundry coworker's plan to get me fired was to accuse me of not doing something that wasn't even a required part of my job description and got the one activity lady that hated me to back her up! They even went over the head of our department supervisor straight to the facility director! Well once she did that some nurses and aids overheard her bragging to her boyfriend and friend and took it upon themselves to set things straight and tell me along with the OTHER activity lady. All the nurses and aids absolutely LOVED me. The day laundry coworker ended up being put on probation. All I did that whole time she was trying to pull her crap was record everything in the notebook. I left that job after about 8ish months. She ended up with 4 kids miserable living in a trailer after FINALLY getting fired and I live an amazing life in a nice little beach town on the Oregon coast.

i feel lucky with my dad and uncles friends all joking around by picking on me as a kid, nothing serious just teasing hair or clothes but it gives you thick skin and you learn to take a joke even if it’s a joke, i take like it is and just ignore it.
