ok… this isn't easy. after resisting and avoiding the ssri's/anti-depressants for years, i finally 'gave in', & they played a significant role in eliminating my suicidal thoughts. i was a longtime weed smoker, 20 years. (no, don't even think about it, weed did not contribute to my mental illness, depression & anxiety hit me hard at age 14, & i didn't start smoking until i was 18…it helped immediately.) i digress… the pills really helped, but they killed my libido & my ability to get an erection. at the time, i had stopped smoking weed, cold turkey. that lasted for 19 months. i smoked, took 6 puffs from a joint that was being passed around in my neighbors backyard. went back home. 5 minutes later, i had my first boner in 2 years & i felt as horny as i was back in high school. 20 years of smoking & i never realized that it could be an aphrodisiac until i stopped smoking, started the ssri's, & then started smoking again… fuck viagra!

This actually true however…..an increased libido only happens generally when you're coming down off the high. The beginning/peak of your high though can actually decrease libido and sex drive.
