  1. Brava Linda! Rabbit is a typical dish in Verona my home town eaten with polenta as well "Polenta e cunel" my nonna made a rabbit goulash or spezzatino all the time as a kid I love it

  2. Honestly Italians hate food the most out of any culture. Every culture says they love food but if any of them are wrong about that it's Italians. All I hear from my italian family is how horrible all the food of the world is and how carefully you have to adhere to the classic traditional food with 3 ingredients because if you deviate even a little bit it's gonna be an ungodly mess unfit for dogs

  3. at 7:05 , into the oven for hour to hour and a half at 275 F, uncovered . OK then, nice low temperature. Then… the cooked rabbit transferred to a clean pan and covered with aluminum "paper" and back into the oven at 200 F . Just to keep warm ? While you deglaze the first roasting pan.
