It looks amazing but it's a really wild take on the original Iranian recipe. As an Iranian living in Iran I have never seen the oranges in between & nuts with honey on top of Tahchin.
@Farideh: What do you do with all this food? You certainly make these in large quantities. Do you eat it yourself, distribute it among the staff at Munchies or do you distribute it to the homeless? Just curious.
If you want saffron to bloom, you need to add boiling water to it & let it rest for a few mintues 😀😀😀
I'LL TRY WITH TURMERIC BECAUSE SAFFRON IS EXPENSIVE…LOL
That's an Italian version of Tachin and you forgot the chicken and barberries.

Your saffron story made you seriously sound like my Persian mom😂👍🏼
That saffron story made me cry a little bit ngl.
Arash ft snoop dogg
Would it be wrong for me to wish for a Persian woman for the cooking alone?
i have sister name farideh .now that you turn tahchin in to shirin polo how you make shirin polo .looking good
That looks really good. Even though it's a sweet tahchin, I bet you could serve it along with a savory, spicey dish. I'm going to make this.
I was picturing Loki in Thor Ragnarok.
I love you Farideh ….
after the roommate accident, I would have put poop in a jar and label it as ground cumin! how stupid people are!
Your awesome as always. Love your vids.
This woman is amazing an just the best!
Pistachios? More like Crackstacios!
She looks like she could be Meghan Markle’s cousin!
Your starting your video with profanity is bad taste indeed! Not inviting at all.
