  5. Biggest thing I do differently with mine is I'll leave my carb cap on and heat it between hits, just watch when it boils then fogs up then you're good. I haven't seen a consistent timing from heating before, but starting with the carb cap will be nice.

  10. The trick is to wait until the dab melts and bubbles and then point the torch to the sides of the bangers. If you just torch the bottom the dab splashes up the sides and you get a weak smoke. Be patient there’s no rush since you’re not losing product unless you really torch it.

  13. also you're dabbing flower rosin (high % of lipids and fats) you want to hit that extra low temp so a reheat is way more likely to go over the temp you need & taste nasty.

  14. Cold starts takes a bit of getting used to. I have the cap on when I'm hitting it in a banger, but off when hitting inside the AlN insert (you can't see inside the opaque insert with the cap on). I tend to heat a few extra seconds after it starts bubbling properly rather than having a number of seconds I wait for, a big reason for this as the bigger the dab the quicker your banger/ insert will cool down.

Ok let's go over what you did wrong bud, 1.You used a thermal banger and that's probably the worst banger you could use for a cold start because it's ment to retain heat so it's going to give a horrible cold start,. I recommend a rounded for cold starts 2. Bro you need a real carb cap because you have no seal using that jar 3. Don't time your dab ever! Time is never relevant! Temp drop can change from a number of variables. No hate homie! Much love! Happy dabbing! ✌️💚

  18. Cold starts are not for people that like a ThCa sledge to the gob. Instead of timing it, heat until the oil starts to bubble rapidly…and honestly, like all low temp dabs, you'll get more bang for your buck if you use a carb cap.

  23. Thats a thermal banger thats not made for cold starts. You need a normal banger or a cold start banger with the rim inside so its easy to get your dab off the tool.

    Look up glob glass for fantastic quality imports.

  25. You gotta have the cap on the banger already yea, then heat it up untill you see the wax melt and see smoke and it will hit like a normal temp dab. I smoke like this when im in a hurry and it shouldn’t taste bad at all

  33. Yo I tried this and it's pretty fire thanks for the info I never knew about this for years I've been mostly high temping dabs.

    With a lil testing so far what I've found out terp sauce is better for high temp and budder/batter is amazing with a Cold start like game changing still haven't tried rosins, shatters, distillates or crumbles yet but so far budder is amazing for it

  34. Terp pearls and a carb cap would help a lot for cold starts having the pearls as another point of heat and carb cap you could get some nice fat hits without those you end up with a lot of waste

  35. I bought a device where on one side it has a thermometer and you can put it on the inside of your nail and it tells you how hot it is, and it’s the perfect dab every time. Highly recommend!
