I've got the original Extreme Q, and I've found that you can just purchase the ungraded glass pieces and balloon system separately and it is all backwards compatible! The Zeus Iceborn is a great addition for it too!!
the silver one is actually the V tower without a fan. the black one has a fan though… .

I recently got the Extreme Q. It was inexpensive, less than half the price of my PAX3. It's my first desktop unit and I'm totally happy with it for the price. For about $20 I also got the DDave mod bowl which sits lower down.
It's a much better experience than the PAX3.
Been smoking since the '70s… It's the first vape I've ever found to be as satisfying as a big old bong of flower, and I've barely smoked at all since I bought it.
