Oklahoma will probably cultivate the best growers because of how open there market it, no limit on dispensaries and cheap to purchase license but competition is very heavy because of that but competition breeds greatness!!! BTW I am saying this while living on the Oregon Coast wishing I could get the same levels of Rosin they get in Oklahoma for the price they get it in Oklahoma. It is about free and open markets that make great environments for competition and that breeds creativity and greatness.
