  1. What personally did to was just embrace the anxiety and use it similar to when you’re over caffeinated, use this energy to exercise or something like that, eventually it goes away when you’re physically exhausted and you got endorphins helping to offset the anxiety

  2. Weed used to be my best friend until one day i hit my bowl as usual and put me into the craziest panic attack inhave ever had. I had to hide under the blankets. I was easily a 8th a day smoker and had a really high tollerance. And then ever since that day every time i smoke i get panic attacks. For the past decade i could barely smoke. But litterally 4 days ago i broke the curse. I figured out that the innitial tollerance break of not smoking is what caused it for me. What i do is take a small hit to start and then chill for 30-45 mins. After that i can pretty much smoke as much as i want. I hope this tip works for someone else out there.

  3. When I first started smoking, it would make me anxious every single time. Sometimes worse than others, with some being almost enjoyable. But I would always panic at some point. Eventually, one day, it just went away. Since then, no matter how high I get, I don't panic. I am grateful to the plant gods

  4. I used to get paranoid every once in a while from weed. Within the last 3 years it turned into anxiety and its more frequent than it was before. Not sure why, but it literally comes outta nowhere. Its probably the fact that i only smoke concentrates although i dont think i use that much. About a gram every 2 to 3 days. I used to smoke about a quarter of flower every 3 to 4 days. 🤷‍♂️

  5. Being Younger I couldent get high enough I loved it but it all changed always felt hightend pain shortness of breath it felt like it was all over an everytime I would smoke. It was automatic racing heart and paranoia I resorted to drinking an became alcoholic but I still love weed and respect it I wish I could smoke

  6. It's good to have a CBD only strain on hand in case the edibles turn out to be a bit too much. Sooner is better than later. It will prevent an edible high from getting out of control but won't do as much for you if you're already off the deep end. Also good for mixing with normal strains to tone them down.

  7. ive never had this cant lie just every now and again like when i was with my friend in the middle of a long cycle path with fences either side and no way out for ages and it was dark and their was nobody around (in the city sort of suburbs) that was freaky but i still wasnt to bothered after seeing this maybe that will happen to me at some point idk
